Tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan ini adalah bagaimana mengalokasikan biaya overhead grup kepada masing-masing profit center secara adil. Selain itu, masih ada biaya overhead dari biaya tidak langsung, seperti biaya sewa gedung, biaya penerangan, telepon, peralatan kantor, dan biaya operasional langsung.
